Our Flight Training Team

Randy Paschke

-Owner/ Chief Instructor-

Randy has started Vertical in 2002 in Lapeer, MI. He has been flying helicopters for over 24 years. Military trained, Randy has flown throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Now, with over 4,500 hours flight experience Randy is currently flying Emergency Medical Services in Saginaw, MI.

 

Doug Szyperski

-Director of Operations-

Doug was added to the staff in 2005. After receiving training from Randy, Doug proved to be a very skilled pilot. Doug has flown in the mountain terrain of Montana and Oregon. He has 500 hours of experience. Doug has the qualification and passion to train the next generation of pilots.

 

Tom Miller

Tom joined the staff in 2006 after training with Randy and Doug. Currently, Tom works as a tour pilot in Las Vegas, NV, and is available on a limited basis.
